Vauxhall is a neighbourhood in the London Borough of Lambeth, in South London. It derives its name from Faulke's Hall, in reference to Sir Falkes de Breauté, an Anglo-Normal warrior in the 13th century who King John and King Henry III.

The Vauxhall Motors car brand got its name from this part of London, as the company was established there in 1857.

Vauxhall is today one of the less wealthy parts of London. Many of its residents live in public housing. There is a significant population of ethnic Portuguese living here. Some parts of Vauxhall is today being gentrified and redeveloped with high rise apartments, including the Vauxhall Tower project.

There are a number of stations of the London Underground serving Vauxhall, among them Vauxhall Tube Station, Kennington Tube Station, Oval Tube Station, Pimlico Tube Station and Stockwell Tube Station.
