The Strand is a street in the City of Westminster in London. It runs from Trafalgar Square, at Charing Cross to Fleet Street, at Temple Bar, at the boundary of the City of Westminster and the City of London. The street also marks the southern boundary of Covent Garden.

On the eastern end of the Strand are two old churches, St Mary-le-Strand and St Clement Danes, which are both on traffic islands due to the widening of the street.
