South Ruislip Tube Station is a station of the London Underground in South Ruislip, in the London Borough of Hillingdon. The station is served by the Central Line between the Ruislip Gardens Tube Station, heading towards West Ruislip, and Northolt Tube Station, heading towards Epping, Hainault or Woodford. The station is also served by the National Rails's Chiltern Railway services between West Ruislip Station and Northolt Park Station.

The South Ruislip Tube Station began operations in 1908 as the Northolt Junction Station. It was renamed South Ruislip & Northolt Junction in 1932, and renamed again to its present name in 1942. The Central Line began operating to this station since 21 November 1948 when it was extended towards Buckinghamshire.
The South Ruislip Tube Station is located next to the railway overpass off Station Approach/Long Drive. It is a distinctive circular structure. The station is in Travelcard Zone 5.
