Richmond Tube Station is a station of the London Underground in Richmond, in the London Borough of Richmon upon Thames. It is in Travelcard Zone 4. The station part of the Richmond Train Station, which is served by the London Overground and National Rail as well. It is the wester terminus for London Underground's District Line and London Overground's North London Line. The station is located in the centre of Richmond town on The Quadrant.

On both the District Line and the North London Line, the Richmond Tube Station is the station right after the Kew Gardens Tube Station. The station is also served by the South West Train Hounslow Loop Line/Kingston Loop Line between St Margarets Railway Station (towards Kingston or Hounslow) and North Sheen Railway Station (towards London Waterloo), and by the Waterloo to Reading Line between Twickenham Railway Station (towards Reading or Windsor & Eton Riverside) and Putney (towards London Waterloo).
The Richmond Railway Station began operating in 1846 for the Richmond and West End Railway. The Metropolitan District Railway, precursor of present-day District Line, extended its line to this station in 1877. Electrification of the tracks was carried out in 1910.
