Praed Street is a street in Paddington, in the City of Westminster, London. It starts at the intersection with Eastbourne Terrace, and runs in a northeasterly direction to end at the intersection with Edgware Road.

Along the way, Praed Street forms junctions and intersections with other streets in the Paddington area. From west to east, they include London Street, Norfolk Place, Bouverie Place, Jct Place, Sale Place and Harbet Road.
Praed Street was created in 1828 and named after William Praed, chairman of the company that built the Paddington Basin. Among the sights and features along Praed Street include the Hilton London Metropole Hotel, St Mary's Hospital, and Great Western Hotel.
