Plaistow Tube Station is a station of the London Underground in Plaistow, a neighbourhood in the London Borough of Newham. It is in Travelcard Zone 3. The station is served by the District Line and the Hammersmith & City Line, both between the West Ham Tube Station and the Upton Park Tube Station.

The Plaistow Tube Station began operations in 1858 for the London, Tilbury and Southend Railway. The District Line began services here in 1902 followed by the Hammersmith & City Line, then known as the Metropolitan Line, in 1936.

The station booking hall is today a listed building. It was built in 1905.
