Kensington High Street is a major shopping street in the Kensington neighbourhood of Central London. It runs in an east west direction continuing from Kensington Road in the east, at the entrance to Kensington Palace, and runs westward to end near Kensington (Olympia) Railway Station, at the boundary between the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea to the east, and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham to the west.

Is it passes through an affluent part of London, Kensington High Street has a good number of upscale stores. However, a few issues have threatened its role as a major shopping street. One is the expansion of the Congestion Charge Zone of London westward to include Kensington High Street, and the other being the opening of the mammoth Westfield London Shopping Centre.
How to get there
The most convenient station is the High Street Kensington Tube Station.
