Horse Guards Avenue is a minor road in the City of Westminster, London. It is located across Whitehall from the Horse Guards Parade building. The avenue is about 600 feet (180 meters) in length.

The Ministry of Defence Building faces Horse Guards Avenue, with a statue of the Gurkha soldier unveiled in 1997 across the road, at the junction with Whitehall Court. It is just one of three monuments along the avenue. At the Whitehall end is a statue of the Duke of Devonshire while the entrance to the Ministry of Defence Building is flanked by a pair of gigantic statues known as Earth and Water.

Other buildings located here includes the Banqueting House, Old War Office Building and Whitehall Court.
