The Charing Cross Tube Station is a station of the London Underground in Charing Cross, in the City of Westminster, London. It is served by the Bakerloo Line, between the Embankment tube station and Piccadilly Circus tube station, and the Northern Line, between the Embankment Tube Station and Leicester Square Tube Station. The station is in Travelcard Zone 1.

Being one of the important stations in Central London, the Charing Cross Tube Station has been served by different Underground lines since its opening. The station began operations in 1906 for the Baker Street & Waterloo Railway, the precursor of present-day Bakerloo Line.
